§1. General Conditions:
On the basis of the Financial Statements presented by Recipient, and a daily communication with the Recipient's Team, the Provider will perform a following services on the Pressiton Exchange platform, to prepare a Seeking Capital company for receiving investment.

§2. - Timing and Sharing:
2.1 - The Pressiton Exchange analysis can be available publicly, or to a pool's of investors only.
2.2 - Provider will prepare a full analysis in a seven calendar days from the date of receiving payment.
2.3 - Pressiton's analysis is carried out in the G.A.A.P (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices) standard.
2.3. - Recipient is obliged to deliver a true and complete information, and to co-operate at the every stage of the project.
§3. – Payment conditions for the Pressiton Exchange analysis and a development projection.
3.1. - Summary of the package:
Basic Appraisal and Analysis - 6 000 EUR net
Detailed Analysis of the Company - 18 000 EUR net
Business Development Projection - 24 000 EUR net
The total price of the package: 48 000 EUR net.
NOTE: the above price may vary significantly.
§4. Success Fee:
- 10% - when securing investors in a 0-30 working days
- 7% - when securing investors in a 31-60 working days
- 4% - when securing investors after 60 working days.
4.1 - Provider's success fee is received in a three working days after the investment amount is transferred into the Recipient's bank account.
§5. Provider's protection:
5.1 Recipient's Team can share the analysis with any potential investors, and Provider has the right to the success fee, regardless if the Investor was identified by Provider, Recipient, or any the third party for the next 24 (twenty four) months.
§6. Final clauses:
6.1 – All disputes are to be resolved accordingly to the EU laws.
